With all the professional help I sought out going through this process no body even came close to figuring out what was wrong with my knee and I’m pretty sure my knee was simply one of the first problems to pop up as a result of over working my body, I’m confident with the program Dr. loni is putting together for me I will be in a very proactive mode strengthening all my weakest areas first and will end up in better shape physically than I’ve been most of my life.
Tess loves this class. Pippa has made exercising fun. Tess feels like even 2 wks of class has helped with skating. She enjoys the other girls in class and it’s helpful that they all skate at the same level. I think it’s great that it’s limited to 4 participants. Pippa is receptive to working on things that are specific to each participant too (ie she asked for videos etc)
