With all the professional help I sought out going through this process no body even came close to figuring out what was wrong with my knee and I’m pretty sure my knee was simply one of the first problems to pop up as a result of over working my body, I’m confident with the program Dr. loni is putting together for me I will be in a very proactive mode strengthening all my weakest areas first and will end up in better shape physically than I’ve been most of my life.
I have been working in the Physical Therapy field for over 10 years, I am a coach, and I have a Masters in Biomechanics.
That being said, Infinite Potential has been the best Physical Therapy program I have found.
PT often focuses on maintaining range of motion, or slow increments for mobility and strength. This is great, but some of us have a need to get stronger in a “shorter” time due to work or athletic activities. Infinite Potential does just that.
There is no 4 sets of 10 reps of this pulley exercise approach. Loni takes the time to understand your body, your needs, your personal life including limitations you may have with time or equipment, and THEN builds a program for you to recover, get strong, and be better than before the injury.
Strength training is the best you can do you to recover and prevent further injuries, having a PT with such a solid background in strength training has been key in my recovery and maintenance as well.
I came to Loni with an injury, and I have stayed a customer for years now, I trust Infinite potential with all my strength programming for injury prevention.
Pain and distress does not have to run your life.
Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do an activity you love.
We know you want to be heard, we will guide you in the right direction.
If you could make that pain go away, how much VALUE would that bring to your life?
Choose performance rehab FIRST, as it can treat many painful conditions and help avoid these costly and ineffective options.
