Portal access: This is a brand new system, if you have not yet, you will need to register.

Under the green sign in button, click don’t have an account and follow the prompts.

Scheduling: This can be done in our portal, similar to before or from the scheduling link.

Payments: We need to collect credit card information as we weren’t able to carry that information over from our previous system. You can keep a credit card or bank account (ach) on file.

How we are doing this:

  • During your session you may be asked for a credit card to put on file.
  • If no card is on file you will get an invoice emailed to you, please log in to pay the invoice in your portal.
  • Lastly we may give you a call to collect a credit card

Receipts/Superbills: Receipts are emailed automatically once payment is received. This is not to be used as a superbill or to file claims with your insurance company.

  • You will receive a superbill in a separate email with a PDF attached.
  • All receipts are stored in your member portal under the invoices tab.
  • All superbills are stored in the same area as your invoice, you will see an option of superbill or open pdf next to each invoice detail.
  • These will be emailed and stored in the portal.

Messages: We are utilizing the messaging tab in the new portal for contact. Please use that for any questions you may have regarding. your care plan, billing, scheduling or anything else you may need to communicate with your provider or any member of our team.

PraticeQ/IntakeQ Portal: Our new portal is being utilized for all 1:1 Physical Therapy, Personal Training, Maintenance Sessions for payments and scheduling. This replaces our previous scheduler Jane.

PushPress Portal & Kiosk: All payments for packages that have been on PushPress, will continue there for the time being.

Please continue to use the kiosk in the Gym to check in for Open Gym or a Recovery Session.

Continue to use the PushPress Member’s App to schedule recovery sessions.

TrueCoach: Continue to use TrueCoach for your Programming workouts and any Homework your Provider has given you from your 1:1 Sessions.
