Group Classes

A class geared towards children and young adults whom are interested in improving upon their skating performance through full body strength, power, and flexibility training.

Our head personal trainer, Pippa Teague programs and leads safe, effective workouts for the participants. Each workout to focuses on exactly what they need to improve upon their skating technique and performance. Pippa is a professional figure skater and coach who understands what your children need to excel in their sport. She is also a certified personal trainer with years of experience in working with people of all ages on and off the ice.

Progress with strength training is driven by commitment. We ask for you to commit to and sign up for 6-sessions, paid session by session. They do not have to be consecutive weeks, however that is preferred for the benefit of your children’s progress.
