Some changes here at IP!
Remember our Strength Coach, Pippa? She recently moved on to a new and exciting adventure to join the Curry College Nursing program! She begins her first semester in January 2022!
We wish her the best of luck.
What does this mean for us?
Well we needed a new strength coach within the IP umbrella!
Most clients begin in physical therapy and end as training clients and we help bridge the gap between rehab and training. The best path to pain prevention is strength training and having a strength coach under our roof is our way to keep people on that path. For most clients, our strength programs are great adjuncts to their current training regimens (ie. OrangeTheory, CrossFit, Running, group fitness, etc).
That said, I’ll let him introduce himself,
Hi, I’m Mike Galla and I am really excited to be part of the Infinite Potential team. Infinite Potential has been integral in my own performance providing a dedicated and fun training environment. I can’t wait to bring this fun and hard working atmosphere to all my clients.
Strength training is an important component for injury recovery and prevention. Even after the pain subsides, continued training is essential to long term physical health. I provide training and specialized programming for those who are post injury or just looking to improve their performance and meet physical goals.
I also provide customized strength and conditioning programs to individual athletes and teams. Over the years I have trained and programmed for athletes involved in various sports including football, hockey, lacrosse, crew and others.
I’m originally from Pennsylvania, yup I love Philly sports teams (New England/Boston sports fan too) but now reside with my family on the South Shore. When I’m not working, I enjoy coaching CrossFit, skiing, golfing and relaxing on the beach.
Fitness and strength training are a huge passion of mine and I can’t wait for my clients to have fun while crushing their performance goals!
